Located in the ‘research corridor’ in the University City of Charlotte, North Carolina, Elan Research Park is a beautifully designed community of townhomes and apartments within easy access to the University Research Park.

With a legacy of excellence, the project at Elan Research Park was masterfully crafted by Greystar, the unrivaled leader in rental housing development worldwide, ensuring the integration of innovative community lighting.

 Architect KB Souring selected the SBL2 series solar bollard lights for the lifestyle spaces that surround the habitat. A carefully crafted lighting plan using the versatile Symmetrical and Asymmetrical light distribution ensured all footpaths and walkways were well-lit, providing security for the residents.

With a light footprint, the SBL2 series solar bollard lights require no mains power, ensuring easy installation and constant and reliable community lighting from dusk to dawn.

As innovators of smart green technology, we are delighted to be shining our light in North Carolina’s premier global research center. We look forward to working with our US solar lighting partner, Archasol, on future projects in Charlotte’s dynamic innovation hub.
