Solar Bollard Lighting® (SBL) uses an anti-reflective glass laminated Monocrystalline Solar Panel protected by our original design Dome Top cover made from high UV and IMPACT resistant SABIC LEXANTM SLX PC CO-POLYMER.

GLASS LAMINATED SOLAR PANEL

  • Clear, protective waterproof EVA film with clear high clarity is placed above and below the solar cell. 
  • A low reflection, high clarity tempered glass cover is placed over the top for impact resistance.
  • A backing combination called TPT (Tedlar-PET-Tedlar) provides support and weather resistance.
  • A high-speed vacuum extracts any air trapped inside the layers and ensures a good press before they are laminated and cured in an industrial oven at 110–150 degree Celsius. 
  • The finished product has high strength, and protection from moisture
  • Lifespan 10-25+ years
