If Model is SBL Please Do Following Test Procedure in Direct Sunlight with Dome Top Facing the Sun:

1. Evaluate the Battery Voltage by disconnecting battery from Base Cap Connector:
Put value in voltage
2. Test the Voltage coming from the Base Cap Connector: (if NO voltage from the Base Cap do the following)
Put value in voltage
3. Remove the 5 Screws from base to remove Battery then Base Cap. Disconnect Base Cap from Solar Panel Cable and test Voltage directly from the Solar Panel at connector: (Solar Panel Max Voltage is 6VDC)
Put value in voltage

“Solar Bollard Lighting”warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship. Under normal use and service, the hardware portion of the products will befree from physical defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period, or at “Solar Bollard Lighting”discretion the product will be repaired, replaced with a similar unit or spare parts provided to contractors.

“Solar Bollard Lighting”provides a limited warranty for its products only to the person or entity that originally purchased the product from “Solar Bollard Lighting”or its authorized distributor, importer, sales agent, wholesaler, reseller or retailer.

The following standard warranty rules apply to “Solar Bollard Lighting”products as per the Warranty Terms and Conditions Documentation Supplied:

  • 5-year limited warranty on SBL Series Products and 5-year limited warranty on Batteries and 10-year limited warranty on poles
  • 10-year limited warranty on SBL2 Series Products and 10-year limited warranty on Batteries and 10-year limited warranty on poles

“Solar Bollard Lighting”standard warranty does not cover the following:

  • All cost incurred for transport to “Solar Bollard Lighting” warehouse, which will be at Solar Bollard Lighting’s discretion
  • Any and all costs incurred in the removal, reinstallation or repairing hardware onsite, this includes cost of (Hire Equipment, Labour, any andall Transportation and Travel)

“Solar Bollard Lighting”will at its’ discretion either repair the faulty unit, replace the unit with a similar unit or provide spare parts to contractors.
